About:Year of the Rat

please help me and advice me to do the prefect professional life.

I am Jyoti, i was born on 1 june 1984. Now a days i feel depression because of my job. My health is also not doing well.

Jyoti, one suggestion for mouse people is that they should learn to ask help from others once they have difficulties in their jobs. Their colleagues can give them a hand to help them go through the difficult times.

There is a Chinese saying "病由心生", meaning negative feelings bring illnesses. So you should try to make yourself happy. Then you won't be depressed. Good moods help you conquer health problems.
