About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

what documents should be submitted for a business purpose?

Hello I'm Lisa from Indonesia, currently a graduate student in seoul. I want to visit beijing for a conference for a week. For a business purpose like conferences, what documents should i submit besides passport, copy of arc, and visa application form?

Hi Lisa! You should also submit a photocopy of the passport, a recent bare-headed photo, and an invitation letter from the conference organizer.

The student card is not needed.
