Well, four days are enough for you to tour around HK. So the rest two days you can go to Macao.
Upon landing at HK, you can arrive at the hotels first. And then go to Central and Causeway Bay for shopping.
May 25: Ngong Ping 360, Giant Buddha, Tai O Fishing Village
May 26: Disneyland, Sky 100, Lan Kwai Fong
May 27: Ocean Park, Victoria Peak (Madame Tussauds), the Avenue of Stars
May 28: Go to Macao, visiting Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, Macao Tower
May 29: Grand Prix Museum & Wine Museum, A-ma Temple and then return to HK.
