S2 visa requirements

We are from India. My brother works in Beijing. He has invitation and will bear all my expenses. With that, do I need to show my bank estatements and my employers' no-objection? And what qualifies as a proof for us being siblings?

Praul, generally speaking, the bank statements and your employer’s letter are not required for applying the S2 type. As for the proof of your relationship, you can provide your family book if you have one. Alternatively, you can show notarized certification of kinship issued by relevant agencies in India.
