About:China Visa Fees

Do we need a visa to visit town and if so how much?

Cruiseship docks in Xiamen. China for a few hours.

Helen, when transiting through mainland China, will you only dock in Xiamen? If so, you can make use of the 24 hour direct transfer policy and the transit permit is not needed.
