Information about kayaking in Dianshan Lake

How to kayaking there? Do we have to rent a kayak with Shanghai Boat and Yacht Club or we can have other option there? What kinds of kayak are available? It is allowed to kayaking with small kids (2 and 3 years old)? The Club is opened for non associated people? As we do not speak Madarin, could you please inform the address to inform the taxi driver in Enghish and Madarin? Is it easy to get a taxi at Zhujiajiao Bus Station? How far is the Zhujiajiao Bus Station to the Yacht Club or the place to rent the kayak?

Oh, there is a Kayak Club & Training Center in the area of Lake. Many professional coaches and Kayak are in this club. It opened for non associated people.

But as far as I know, most of memebers are adults. So I'm not sure whether your kids can learn it. You can go there and consult the staff. :-) This club is located at No.1666, Xinle Road, Dianshan Lake Town, Kunshan City. Here is the Chinese address for your reference: 昆山淀山湖镇新乐路1666号.

Generally speaking, it's easy for you to get a taxi to get to the lake. Don't worry. The distance between Zhujiajiao Bus Station and the destination is about 14.5 miles.
