About:China Business Visa

Working as an ESL Teacher on business visa. Is that legal?

I'd like to work as an ESL teacher in China, but because I'm not a native speaker an agency that wants to hire me told me that they will get me a M type.

Adriana, you'd better not risk of working with M type. It's against the law. Once you were caught, you would be required to pay the fine and it would be possible that you might be detained. This record might affect your future applications for Chinese entry permit.
