Oh, I know one named as 'Full Hat Restaurant' that provides authentic and delicious halal foods. It's about 0.6 miles away from Yuyuan Garden. You can go and see whether they have steam bun. The address is Room 104, Huaihai International Building, No.49, East Huaihai Road, Huangpu District.
