my parents had a visa for 30 days in april, but trip cancel, postponed to sept.

Question

Trip/cruise cancelled due to family emergency. They had 30 days single entry April-July. Trip now is Sept 11. Can they extend or fix this one? They would love to spend 2 days in Shanghai at the end of the cruise. Sept27-29.

Alina, from your words, I guess that the validity should be around three months. So it can't be valid until September. She needn't extend it. Instead, she should apply for a new one one month ahead of her departure date.
