About:Shenzhen Travel

I'm moving to Shenzhen

Hi,

I wanted some advice I am planning to move to the city next month and will be working in Futian district, i hope to be walking distance or at least access to good public transport, i am ok to travel up to 20-30mins to work.

My budget is around 3500rmb and i will be looking for a 1 bedroom apartment with seperate Lounge, Kitchen (Gas) and Bathroom within a secured society with local shops/restaurants nearby.

Please do advise is this possible? or do i need to relook into my budget? what areas do you suggest?

Well, as far as I know, there are many tenemental apartments in Kaisa Center. Most of them can meet your requirements. And the average price is CNY 2500 to 3000 per month.
The surrounding transportation is quite convenient. This place is close to Science Museum Station, Exit D (Subway Line 1). And it's also near to Dongmen Shopping Area and New City Shopping Center (JUSCO).
Kaisa Center is located at No.66, Nanyuan Road, Futian District. Hope you like. :-)
