hi..would like to know how to go to shi shan hang wholesale market from Jiangyue Hotel zhongshan ba road at 5AM in the morning? As there was no MRT at that time.

Well, there is no public transportation that can take you to the wholesale market.
So you are suggested to take a taxi from your hotel at that time. The cab fare is CNY 10 to 20.
