About:Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

lost & found?

I lost my computer which probably is/was in the train...
Is there a lost & found service that I can use?

You need to go to the train station you get off and ask for help from the railway staff, to see if someone get your computer and give it to the station. Better have your ticket with you.
