How to get to VIGOR AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES at service counter (Counter B04) at Arrival Hall "B".

I will be arriving thru Terminal 1. I want to be dropped off in front of Guangdong Hotel Hong Kong coming from the airport . They have a partnering bus shuttle service inside the airport that can take me, according to the hotel. How do i get to the VIGOR AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES service counter (Counter B04) in Arrival Hall "B"? Is it also located at Terminal 1? If it's at Terminal 2, may i know the easiest and fastest way to transfer to Terminal 2? Thank you.
