About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

UK passport holder living in Dubai, do i qualify for 72hr free transit?

I am a UK Passport holder with valid UAE visa, wishing to go from Dubai to Xiamen for 2 days returning to Dubai.

Hey David, I'm sorry that you do not qualify for it because the route is not a valid transit.

Just noted that my flight would be via Hong Kong. Would this be then valid?

If so, the route is valid. However, I suggest you dial the Xiamen Airport Immigration Office for further confirmation.
