Hey, you need the following documents: a passport with remaining validity of not less than one year and two or more blank pages, a copy of the passport's data page, a filled-out V.2013 application form, a color passport-type photo taken within six months, an invitation letter from your sister, and photocopy of your sister's ID card or passport. You can take the documents and walk into the embassy or consulate on business days to do the application.
