About:China Family Reunion Visa

Q2 type working conditions

I received 6 months reunion visa which i think it's fall under Q2 category. Just wondering if there any working conditions on it. As I'm thinking to find a work here in Beijing

Hey Tony, frankly speaking, you can't work with the Q2 type. It's illegal to do so. If you want to work, you must change the Q2 type into a Z type within China or apply for a Z type outside.

Hi Tony. Sorry married folks are not allowed to work in a Chinese company. If you work for a company that isn't Chinese and gives you a salary that's transferred from their country and not China than you can work or you need to find a home online job.

thank you for the response. Really appreciate it. I just recently received it and I'm thinking to stay for a while to study mandarin and working part time any suggestions what type should I applied for ? Can I do both studying and working at the same time ?

If you are studying in a school, you should get an X type. And you can only participate in part-time jobs with the consent of your school.
