You can take a taxi to Prince Edward CTS Branch first.
Then take direct long-distance bus, and get off at Jinan University (Tian He). The bus schedules are 07:15 to 22:15 with the interval of around 30 mins. After arriving, take a cab to Panyu hotel directly. The cab fare is CNY 60 to 70.0

The Discovery Bay seems to be closer to Disneyland Resort. You can take a taxi to the resort to take a cross-border coach to Guangzhou. Then transfer to a taxi to your hotel.0
