About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Length of Visa Validity for entering China

Please can you tell me how long before I enter China can I apply for the entry permit. I have read somewhere that you have up to 3 months to enter before it expires but the embassy suggests waiting until a month before you enter china to apply.

Michelle, you are right. You can apply as early as three months before your schedule departure date, but the best time to apply is one month before.
