denmark citizen applying student type to china

hey my name is vivek i wanna apply my student visa to china in denmark i  got my admission letter and application chonqing university i wanna apply early before september is it possible to apply more than 1 month, that the university said it is just for one month  and whaat documents do i need

Hi, Vivek! You can apply for it more than one month in advance but not earlier than three months. The university said it is only for one month, which means it can be used only for one month after you enter China. Within this month, you have to change it into a temporary residence permit at local exit and entry administration bureau.The following documents may be required: your passport, a copy of the passport, a filld application form attached with your recently-taken color passport-style photo, the admission letter, and the JW201 or 202 form.
