In your situation, you should apply for a Q1 type with your husband's help. It requires your marriage certificate and his Chinese ID card. And please do not forget to get your marriage certifiate authenticated by Chinese embassy. Otherwise, you may have trouble in changing Q1 into temporary resident permit.
