We will stay a night at Venetian.

I would like to know how to go (A-Ma Temple, Ruins of St Pauls,Senado Square) from Venetian? Journey from Venetian to the above places will take how long? Thanks!

The Ruins: You can take bus no. 26A at the Venetian to Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro in around half an hour. Then walk there and the Senado Square is also within walking distance.

A-ma Temple: you can take bus no. 21A to reach directly in 20-25min.
