About:Turkish Airlines

I have reserved flight to Spain. I need to make change before my payment. please help!!

My booking no. is TF3XXX. One passenger will not go and I need to cancel her name. I cannot do so and only the airline officer can change the information. I confirm the flight and would like to delete the passenger "Ng Fung XXX" from our list. Please help me process so that I can settle the fee before 1/5/2015. I would like to tell you the details via my email.
