Hello how can I get the white horse temple from the city center of Luoyang?

Well, where do you mean by city center, Wangcheng Square?
If yes, take bus no. 9, 41 or 56 at East Square Station, and get off at East Huatan Station. Then transfer to bus no. 91 to the destination directly.
