You can take the airport shuttle bus directly.

and how long the trip will take by the shuttle bus from the Airport to the station ?!
so i can give some time gap before i book the train ticket to Tianjin.

It would be about 90min for the shuttle bus. And take the waiting time etc into consideration, you'd better leave at least 3 hours between them.
