i want to know the best way to get from Beijing Airport to South rail Station (Heading to Tianjin)

You can take the airport shuttle bus directly.

and how long the trip will take by the shuttle bus from the Airport to the station ?!
so i can give some time gap before i book the train ticket to Tianjin.

It would be about 90min for the shuttle bus. And take the waiting time etc into consideration, you'd better leave at least 3 hours between them.
