how do i translate my marriage certificate to chinesewho can help on this?

Hi, my husband working in Shanghai. We are Malaysian citizen. I am invited by him to apply for the PR there following by him where his permit also going to expired soon in July. plan to renew for him and apply for me the PR together. I'm working on the S1 application now, there is few requirements to apply that? i don't know how to translate our marriage ceritificate in Chinese and who can help on this and also need to endorse by Chinese embassy.

Komla, before you take your marriage certificate to be certified by Chinese embassy in your country, you should have it certified by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then you go to Chinese embassy to have it authenticated. After you arrive in PRC, you need to get it notarized by local notary office. And the office can introduce qualified translation company to translate it into Chinese before they notarize it.
