invitation letter???

sir,
I m a journalist I want to visit china only for one week my all expenditure will bear my office here is one problam of invitation letter,what kind of invitation letter will be required or can i send my documents fullfill all information of
my job my office will bear guranttee and all the expenses.

I visit 20 countries to cover international events (sports) no need bankstatments and other documents but if needed i can provide any kind of document.

Azhar, you do need to get an invitation letter from duly authorized unit and a letter from your office. To get the invitation letter, you should contact the press section of the embasst in Pakistan.

what kind of invitation letter will be required to embassy because I m not a businessman ,or i will be fulfill yours all documentation.pls let me know hw can arrange invitation letter although my office will bear my expenses and give you guarantee letter. I visit 20 countries to cover international events (sports) but we will fill urs all documents requirements.

Azhar, you should apply for a J2 type, the one issued to journalists. In order to apply for this, you need to get theinvitaton letter from the duly authorized Chinese unit and a guarantee letter from the media you work for. Before you apply for the invitation letter, you should contact the press section of Chinese embassy in your country. They can give you a hand on the invitation letter issue.
