obtain a business visa

My General Manager is a Malaysian passport holder & holding Sri Lankan residence permit as well. We are a multinational company & a bakery manufacturer. He has obtained Chinese business type entry permit many times. He is planning to visit Chinese Trade Fair, Bakery China 2015, which will be held from 12th to 15th May 2015. He has registered to visit the trade fair already. He is planning to submit his application together with his pre-registration confirmation form for the Chinese Trade Fair, Bakery China 2015. We have included supplementary form, company bank statements, company business registration. company letter, copy of the residence permit & a copy of the former Chinese business entry permits together with the application form. Plz let me know whether the above documents are enough for him to obtain a business entry permit.
