About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Is speaking at a University considered a business trip?

If one is going to China to give a talk at the University of Beijing and also for tourist purposes which visa does one apply for, business or tourist?

Susan, you are suggested to apply for the business F type one. With the F type, you can also tour in mainland.
