About:China Private Visit Visa

I need advice, my husband and I are newly married.

He went to china for work just last march 4, 2015 what I want to ask is How many months do I have to wait before I can apply for the S1 dependent visa? Do I need to undergo a Physical medical exam also?

Mae, you don’t have to wait. You can do the application now. Generally speaking, the physical medical report is required for applying the S1 type. However, if the consular office asks for it, you should provide the report.
