What the best i should do?
Change job or study?

What is the best you should do, it depends on what you are interested in and what you are good at.
As to whether to change job or study, actually your career luck is bad this year. There would be several setbacks ahead. So if you are aimed to learn something new, to continue your study good be a sensible choice for you.
