how much money should I take

Im a housewife and I wish to travel to hong kong for a 5 days as a tourist. I don't know anyone in HK. How much money should I carry so I can get thru Philippines immigration. I will have my return ticket back to Manila and only online reservations for hotel. Thx for your earliest reply.
