The price is about HKD 254 for an adult in economical class cabin. From the ferry terminal, you can take the bus 10 A or 28 B to the A-ma Temple directly.

From Macao Maritime Ferry Terminal, there are two ferries to Guangzhou Nansha Port, leaving at 10:45 and 16:15. But it only is available for charter service.

Thanks for the quick response. However, charter service means by advance booking/ticketing? Nansha terminal is near to Guangzhou airport and hotels? What transport shall I take to get there? Thanks

To my understanding, the charter service doesn't mean ticket reservation. It should be that the ferry is only available if a group of people, probably 20-30 people or more, would like to ride together, the ferry is just in service. Anyway, you can email enquiryturbojet.com.hk to get more info for confirmation. If you get an answer, I would love to share the truth.

Anyway, Nansha Port is almost 90km to the airport. You can take the free shuttle bus to Jiaomen Metro station. Take metro line 4 to Wanshengwei and transfer to line 8 and get off at Kecun. There you can easily transfer to line 3 to the airport. The metro duration is around 100min.

Yes, it is open every day and the opening hours are from 07:00 to 18:00. It is fine to tour the temple all around the year, but I suggest you go there early in the morning, or it will be crowded. To Senado Square, you can take bus no. 10A from the temple and get off at Rotunda de Ferreira do Amaral. Then you can walk there in 3-5min.
