Hi I want to ask is there any direct bus/MRT from Penta hotel to Ngong Ping Cable Car station?

Well, there is no direct public transportation. You need to transfer.
Take Kwun Tong Line at Diamond Hill Station, and get off at Prince Edward Station. Then take Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King Station and transfer to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung Station, Exit B. Then walk to the Ngong Ping Cable Car pick-up station directly.0
