From TST CKE Mall to Nanlian Garden, you can take the MTR Tsuen Wan Line to Yau Ma Tei and then change to Kwan Tong Line to stop at Diomand Hill Station. After you get out of from the station, you can see the Nanlian Garden.
From Nanlian Garden to Central, you can just take the same MTR line and transfer at Yau Ma Tei. Then change the Tsuen Wan Line to stop at Central.
From Central to Lin Heung Teahouse, you can take a cab to go. There is about 2.5 kilometers long.
From Central to Causeway by Dingding Tram, you can take the tram from Central, the stop is near the MTR Station Exit C. There is a stop at Causeway Bay, so you can get down at Causeway Bay.
From the Causeway Bay to TST, you can take MTR Inland Line to Admiralty and then change to Tsuen Wan Line to stop at TST. Then you can get out of the station from Exit L6 and you will find the avenue.
From the avenue to Wing on Plaza, you can take a taxi to go. There is about 700 meters long between the two places or you can walk there with the help of asking the local people to .
