About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Hi, from the airport to Hong kong station, is the only option the airport express?

or is there a MTR train that is not express and is cheaper? thank you

No, airport express is not the only option. Here is a cheaper way.
Upon landing, you can take bus no. E11 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), and get off at Jardine House, Connaught Road Central. It takes 65 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is 21HKD per person.
After arriving, walk northwest around 275 yards and get to HK Metro Station.
