notarization of poa

I am holding a Chinese passport and I am staying in Vancouver. I want to have a POA notarized. Where shall I go to do it and what is the contacts? thank you.

Eric, you should visit the Chinese consulate in Vancouver. It is located at 200A-1595 West Broadway.
