About:Chinese Embassy in Botswana

Visa application requirement and how long can it take?

I am a holder of SADC diplomatic passport and need to attend a seminar in China starting on 11 May. I have the invitation letter for the seminar. Please advise as soon as possible including on working hours for the Chinese embassy.

Grace, you should apply for a F type for your visit. The invitation letter is ok. You just need to prepare your passport, finished aplication form, a reent passport photo.

The consular office is open from 09:00 to 12:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
