I see that the best way to get there is to take 330c, but I don't see it on the website with times. Is it just 330 or 330b? Please let me know.

Actually, shuttle bus no. 330C does exist. I just checked the official website of the airport. And the bullet train takes you to Huizhou South, which is almost 70km to your destination. It is not the best way to go. I would suggest you take a direct intercity bus from the airport to Huizhou Bus Station first. Then transfer a long-distance bus to arrive at Boluo County. This one is easier for you.
