free in town check in service in hong kong

Question

i will be reaching hk airport at 11.35pm by singapore airline, want to confirm is there really a Free In-town Check-in Service, as we had a group of 7people, no easy to find 2 cab to bring us to hotel and will be very expensive. so please advise

First of all, you should know that the Free In-town Check-in Service is for Airport Express passengers and the service is available at HK and Kowloon stations between 90 minutes and one full day ahead of the departure schedule of the flight leaving HKIA. According to your description, I am a little confused. Anyway, whether the service is available depends on your airlines.
