Hello I would like to know how to arrive to TLG. Also to know if the planning of 2 hs trip do you need a guide or you can do by your own. we are 4 young people of 25 years and we are looking to do some activities like this. thanks

Go to LJ Bus Station to take a direct bus to Hutiaoxia Town. After arriving, you can rent a car to the Upper Leaping Gorge (it costs CNY30 or around) to spend for 2h, for which no guide is needed. U can handle an easy trip on your own.
