applying for z visa after over staying one year
I'm writing to inquire whether I'm eligible for applying z type. I have over stayed my L type last time for 367 days. I turned myself into police in December 2014 and after punishment back to India in January 2015. At that time police said I can come back. Now I have two job offers one is from chinese company and second one is from the company I work for now going to open their office in PRC, since I can speak Chinese good , they are going to appoint me in their office. I would like to know what are my chances of getting z type. What should I do to make it right. Thank you for your valuable time and advice.
