There is no direct train that operate between these two places.
You are suggested to transfer the train in Lanzhou.
From Jinan to Lanzhou, the departure times are 15:47, 18:03 and 21:58. It takes around 20 hours.
From Lanzhou to Lhasa, the schedules are 12:46, 14:07, 17:03 and 17:17. This trip takes one day long.
