I have been denied exit both hongkong and macau what should i do?

I came in march 22nd and I am a day late which means overstay, any advice?

Tony, you'd better turn yourelf at the police station and pay the penalty. It should be MOP200 to 500 per day. Then you can book an air ticket to get back to your country.
