how to reach hotel sofitel hyland from pudong airport by subway ? How far is station from hotel ?

I am reaching at pudong airport and have booking for sofitel hyland. flight reaches shanghai at around 9:10 am. I have one big bag and one small bag. Can i use the metro subway to reach hotel ? will it be very crowded ?? How far do i have to walk from subway station to get to hotel ?
