Is this possible to obtain a VOA at Luohu? UK Passport visiting Shenzhen from HKG

Hi there, my boyfriend and I would like to go to Shenzhen for the day when we visit HKG in May. Is the queue time very long? and how much will this cost please? sorry for all the questions! :)
