For your two days' sightseeing, my suggestion is Jinshitan Scenic Area and Tianjin Street on the first day and Tiger Beach (Laohutan) Ocean Park and Xinghai Square on the second day.
It is cool and sunny at that time, and the average temp is about 77F,pleasant for travel there.
