i am planning to change my job.

Question

I am working in govt job past 3 months and nights shifts are there so health is spoling. so planning to change my job and i am planning to marry one of my friend ( date of birth : 9th june 1989 time: 15.30)  and My date of birth is 15th march 1988. if i marry her can i earn enough money to take care of her. and how our financial status aft marriage. which years is good to marriage? is it corrent time to change my job or should i stay in this job for few months? please give suggestion.
