About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

My question is how I need to proceed with the visas.

Hey I'm an 18 (soon 19) year old who's going to China for a year to work. I don't have a job yet but I will search for one ones I'm there. If I start off with a 30 day one as a tourist and then find a job, can I get the permit to stay longer then?
I can't really get the long-term one before I leave because that would require me to already have a job and somewhere to live, right?

Even you find a job within your 30 days L type, I think you need to get back to Spain to apply for the Z type. According to what I know, it's possible for those who already have long term resident permits to apply for Z, X1, Q1 and S1 long term ones without leaving.

In order to apply for a Z type, a work permit is required. It requires two years working experience and bachelor's degree (at least) to apply for the work permit. I am not sure if you meet this requirement.
