I am Planning to travel China with tourist visa.

So Can i arrive in one airport(Beijing) and leave another airport(Shanghai) in China?

Yes, of course you can arrive in one China city and depart from another, excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. They are considered as the international destinations.
