I have no idea where you are coming from by boat, but most boats/ferries dock at the Maritime Ferry Terminal as I know. Well, take bus no. 28A from the ferry terminal to Praça de Ferreira do Amaral, where you can transfer to the bus no. 128 to the Giant Panda Pavilion directly.0
